whisk together the dry ingredients

oat flour almond flour sweet rice flour tapioca flour baking powder baking soda salt pumpkin pie spice

sprinkle the flour mix over the wet ingredients

pumpkin puree coconut sugar maple syrup egg yolk sour cream coconut oil vanilla extract

bake at 350F degrees for 14 minutes, or until the whoopie pies are springy to the touch

cool the whoopie pies completely while you make the cream cheese filling
