- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup unsweetened canned coconut cream, full fat or any milk/cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- pinch salt
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. - Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer. The dole whip will freeze solid. To serve, you can blend the whip again, or let it defrost slight and stir.
