Vanilla Malted Milk Ball Ice Cream (No-Churn)

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk more or less to taste
- 3 tablespoons malted milk powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 to 16 malted milk ball candies, chopped more or less to taste
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy cream until firm peaks form - about 3 to 5 minutes.1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Measure out the sweetened condensed milk in a liquid measuring cup. Add the malted milk powder, vanilla extract, and salt and whisk to combine.1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, 3 tablespoons malted milk powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Add the sweetened condensed milk mix to the whipped cream and slowly fold with a spatula until thoroughly incorporated. Gently fold in the chopped malt ball candies. You can also add a few more whole candies too.14 to 16 malted milk ball candies, chopped
- Pour the ice cream into the ice cream container. Freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
