pumpkin gluten free desserts

These gluten free pumpkin treats are as easy as they are delicious.  I have hand picked these small batch and gluten free fall desserts from my complete collection of pumpkin recipes.  It isn’t fall and it certainly isn’t a fall dessert if it doesn’t include pumpkin!

All of the gluten free baked goods on the blog are made with either an almond flour or oat flour blend.  I use a variety of single gluten free flours to make the blend, and I thoughtfully test each recipe to ensure the end result is light and tender.

For a no-bake option, how about a rich and creamy chia pudding that embodies all the flavors of pumpkin pie?!  And if you love the idea of a healthier pudding treat, be sure to try the chocolate chia pudding or the black forest chia pudding for a decadent healthy dessert!

small batch chocolate recipes perfect for fall

Is chocolate a fall flavor?  I say it yes, it is!  Of the 15 small batch gluten free desserts for fall, these chocolate recipes may be my favorite to make for the season.  I love how versatile chocolate is and it can translate into any time of year.

For a sophisticated dessert that is made in the cutest tart pan, the mini chocolate tarts are a great way to end a light hors d’oeuvres spread.  Or a coffee cake actually made with coffee and chocolate that can double as breakfast or dessert.

But the desserts that are my favorites tend to be cupcakes and cookies.  Yes, because they are easy.  But also because cupcakes can take on layers of flavors with the frosting.  Like a luscious whipped chocolate ganache or butter free vanilla frosting that goes great with anything!
