I am the author, self-taught baker, and photographer behind Butter and Bliss. In my household of two, dessert is a must, but leftovers are not (there’s only so many cupcakes two people can eat)! What started in 2019 as a personal blog to chronicle my love for scaled-down sweets – and of course butter – has grown into a trusted source for small batch desserts. Every recipe is thoughtfully tested for smaller portions and easy baking, perfect for two.
